Return Policy

No hassle exchanges, returns and refunds.

30 Days

Did you order the wrong size? You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange. You will have to cover shipping both ways.

Did we make a mistake on your order? You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange. We will cover shipping charges both ways.

Do you just want to return your order? You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund, you will not be refunded shipping charges and will be responsible for returning your order back to us. There will be a 7% re-stocking fee you will have to cover.

6 Months

Did one or more of our locks fail? You have 6 months from the delivery date to request and exchange. We will replace it free of charge and cover shipping both ways. Please call (661) 224-1010 or email info@ilh1.com to get an RGA number.

You are not satisfied with our locks and want a refund? If within 6 months of your order being delivered to you, you are not satisfied and want a refund, we will honor your request. You will be responsible for returning your order back to us. You will not be refunded the shipping charges and you will also have to pay a 7% re-stocking fee. Please call (661) 224-1010 or email info@ilh1.com to get an RGA number.

12 Months

Did one or more of our locks fail? If it's past 6 months but less than 12 months from the date of delivery, we will replace it free of charge but will ask you to cover shipping both ways. There will be no exchanges or returns after 12 months. Please call (661) 224-1010 or email info@ilh1.com to get an RGA number.

You are not satisfied with our locks and want a refund?
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 6 MONTHS OF THE DELIVERY DATE!
